City Connect commemorates a journey that began long before I became an artist. When I was 12 years old, my father and I set out to visit every Major League Baseball stadium, road-tripping from our home in Chicago to cities throughout the Midwest and Northeast. We made it about halfway through the league before life got too busy.

In 2025, a few years after my father's passing, I decided to continue the journey in his memory. I make a digital collage for each city I visit, bringing together architecture, landmarks, culture, and the visual identity of the ballclub into a single composition. Since I wasn't making art during those original trips, I have some backtracking to do to complete all 30 MLB cities.
