I spent a week in Mexico City and was enamored by its vibrance. It is a place that is quite literally bursting with color. Yellow and red architecture, incredible street art & graffiti, intricate luchador masks, massive tented markets, thousands of street vendors selling everything under the sun, and axolotls & calaveras almost everywhere you look.

The visual charm is matched only by the enthusiasm of the people who live there. The streets are slammed with adults hustling and children playing. I made this mural to capture that energy, showing original film photographs and putting my spin on things I saw there.
